Hi I now have my BMW M3 CSL back from the dealer after 22 months waiting for an engine, it is black with 89000 miles on bodywork and chassis. It has had a brand new Engine and air box (£18k) Clutch (£850)Front and rear brake discs , Calipers and pads (£3995.00) Rear shoes (£100)Battery (£120)Rear shocks and springs (£849.00)Aircon dryer and recharge (£350)engine belts (£150) It also has had an Inspection 2 service and a brand new MOT.(£900)The car has full BMW service history and has been under warranty all of it' s life from which I have a list some 14 pages long of all the items that have been fitted to the car. The engine was fitted under warranty. It has also had the rear chassis and carbon fibre floor changed under warranty 22 months ago (a problem that' s found on all CSL' s) and the year before SMG 2 gearbox parts and firm ware upgrade. It is currently being inspected for some detailing work to be done and then I am putting it up for sale in all the classified papers. The car would be ideal as a collectors piece. I expect the detailing work to be about £1500 because the car needs the followingCarbon fibre splitters repaired .Front bumper and bonnet sprayed because of stone chips.There' s small rusts spots appearing above one of the arches.There' s corrosion the drivers door mirror.And there' s curb marks on the front wheels.There' s also marks on the carbon fibre between the rear seats.
